Sorry, but I don't understand that. If I don't care for the walk-in customers, then I needn't be surprised at such comments.

Charge € 15.50 for a normal schnitzel with a side dish and also if the side dish changes to calculate an extra charge of € 1.50, that was really the icing on the cake! 4 nuggets and 4 duchess potatoes were thrown lovelessly naked on my daughter's plate and the portion size on my husband's plate was a joke for the price. So think about it ... even a glass of wine (0.25) costs 6.50 €. 😡

A normal Sunday evening during the holiday season. Only 50% of the restaurant is occupied and 7 service staff are unable to offer halfway professional service. Completely uncoordinated and unbelievable waiting times. People prefer to speak to employees during the break or to speak freely than to serve guests. In addition to the obvious understaffing in the kitchen, our dishes are not really tasty, apart from the goulash. The price-performance ratio doesn't fit. A good location is just not enough.

I had ordered the schnitzel which felt like it had been made in the deep fryer. We went to Pier 5 for lunch today. We were greeted very nicely and shown to our lovely table. The order came very quickly, the waiter was very attentive and very, very friendly. Our food was there relatively quickly, for the fact that the restaurant was very well attended. The food was delicious, the tarte flambée are a real treat. Keep it up 👍

Food is very good. What I didn't like is the somewhat slow service. You have to go to the device to pay by card. We wanted to eat there when it was raining shortly before 8. We were sent away because they close earlier today and the kitchen was already closed. My expectation would have been "no problem, but we can only offer you a little something like a toast".

Takes forever, you wait a long time for your drink. Food was so-so. Since almost all of the products were finished, we are quite disappointed.

Apparently just a service person who can take orders. We hadn't even opened the cards yet, so we should already know what to drink. Menu is okay, but the service is absolutely rude. Had to cancel the dinner because we had never been served like this. In the middle of the ordering process, he simply goes to another table and serves there.

The drinks, the ambience and the service are perfect. Food is known to be a matter of taste. I've only eaten here once and unfortunately my taste didn't quite match. so after just one trial and one judgment, I don't want to judge it. We definitely come over for a drink more often.

The crepes weren't what I expected. They seemed not selfmade, they were cold and 2 small crepes with whipped cream and a scoop of ice cream for 6 EUR wasn't worth it.

Very decent food, great location, okay prices. Some guests here in the reviews complained about the service, I can report differently: it was very okey (we are still in Mitteldeutschland, so do not expect miracles). Pro- Tipp: get the Schweden-Eisbecher.
